 Kit is from Digital Scrap Cafe. It was a 3 part mini, but had no name! Not sure how to tell you how to find it. The designers are pure creativity designs and Brooke Nelson of  Scrap with Brooke.
The font used is Ariel Rounded MT Bold, a standard font.

6:42 a.m.- Aaron warms milk for his morning hot chocolate, 6:43 a.m.- self sufficient child means I can check email quickly, 7:08 a.m.- bus is here!, 11:13 a.m.- hay blowing machine- never seen one of those!, 11:19 a.m.- gas up to $2.63- 20 cents lower at the other Kroger--I guess you pay for the neighborhood,  11:46 a.m.- grocery store- personal sized watermelon--mmmmm!

5:18 p.m.-Aaron in Tae Kwon Do class, 6:36 p.m.-chocolate chip waffles for dinner, 8:13 p.m.- both dogs settle in for Mama love as we watch "Who Do You Think You Are? on T.V., 10:17 p.m.-books and magazines on my bedside table, 10:17 p.m.- Craig escaped for a virtual guitar lesson, 10:18 p.m.- Max watches Ghost Hunters, asking me to lock all the doors!
