Well……it seems that I do have readers. I’ve caught flack lately for not updating. Here’s a quick synopsis of life of late through photos.
December 2011
The boys are enjoying time on the range with Dad and Papa. Both of them can outshoot the adults. They are fanatical about safety and we love accompanying them to the range.
Max spends his free time hooked to X Box live and/or a computer. His friends are in his ear. We continue to encourage him to interact with people face to face.
For those of you who missed it, we moved in June. This is our new house. The garages are quite small, but we love the house. (lot less lawn to mow as well!)
January 2011
I was recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I am on all sorts of medication and vitamin regiments. I have also gone gluten free. All of this, along with exercise and chiropractic care has made it bearable. I’m learning how to cook gluten free, but I still miss my donuts and pizza!
Aaron skipped a belt level in January. He’s training as a level one red belt and excelling. He is in to magic right now. His sleight of hand is quite impressive. Card tricks are a favorite.
We finally broke down and bought a new car. It’s a Ford Flex. Her name is Emma Kate. (because all good Southern girls have two names) Love, love, love this car. Craig is driving Jenna the Saturn and Fiona is in the garage unless the weather is good.
February 2011
We spent our winter vacation in Florida with my brother and his family. The kids enjoyed the beach and we spend a day at Disney. The road trip in Emma was actually enjoyable. I can turn on the A/C and the heated seat and not get too achy driving.
Dan continues his love/hate relationship with Sunnie, our sun conure.
I earned free Spring product from Pampered Chef with good sales over January. This is the new brownie pan. I one-upped it and used it for gluten free meatloaf.
We have been looking for a new dog for a few weeks. Our beloved Bailey died in November. This is Lacy. She is a rescue dog. We were told that she’s a schnauzer/poodle cross like Dan. We’re thinking she’s probably a poodle/cocker spaniel cross. Her slight overbite makes her look like she’s smiling. She is a water slobberer and is working on her potty training. The kids are learning to pick up their shoes. She loves to shred Nerf darts. (darn)
So, there you are. Updated. My goal is to post the December Daily photos from 2011 so I can get that album finished up. Look later this week for the 12 of 12 layouts for the first 3 months of this year. If you are here and reading, leave me a comment every now and then? If you throw me a bone, I might be more likely to update!

I'm here! Or rather, you're there. In my inbox that is. I'm still subscribed so while I never think to check for a new post, I always get a notification if you DO post. Thanks for the update. It's funny how you take for granted the little updates on people's lives. I vaguely remember hearing about you moving. Love the look of the new house. I think I heard something about the gluten free as well and now it makes sense. That pan looks really neat. I've never been tempted by PC but that could be a first. Glad to hear you're all doing well and getting alright.
Thank you for updating! Your family is so busy!
Here's a bone. It's been over a month... :)
