Bacon on the bar pan again! This is the easiest way to cook it, let the bar pan cool, but don’t let the grease solidify. It’s an easy peasy clean up job!

I knew I was starting to settle in to life South of the Mason-Dixon Line when I uttered "Well, bless your heart" and "eh" in the same breath. Even though I was raised in the Mid-West, I'll always have a part of Ontario left in me. I love my new life in the South.
